What is the estimated delivery time for my shirt order?

At BorderlineIrony, each shirt is crafted with care, made just for you, and takes about 2-7 business days to produce. Once your shirt is ready, we promptly ship it out to you. On average, you can expect your shirt to arrive at your doorstep approximately a week and a half to two weeks after placing your order. So sit back, relax, and get ready to showcase your unique style with our one-of-a-kind shirts!

What should I do if the size of my item doesn't fit? Is an exchange possible?

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be a challenge, even with our sizing charts. If your shirt doesn't fit as expected, don't worry! Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your shirt to request a size exchange. Remember to keep your shirt in its original, unworn condition with the tags attached. We're here to make sure you get the perfect fit and enjoy your unique BorderlineIrony shirt!

Before we can accept any exchanges, they must first be approved. Please initiate this process by sending us an email at ethqnit@proton.me for authorization. After receiving approval, we will reach out to you via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Are returns accepted?

As all of our shirts are made to order, we consider them final sale. We kindly ask you to review the product information and use the provided sizing guides before placing your order. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at ethqnit@proton.me (mailto:ethqnit@proton.me) within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item(s) received. Once confirmed, we'll do our best to send you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that replacements will be for the same product and size.
